Max Turns 4!!!

Max and his friends celebrated his fourth birthday yesterday. It was a Spiderman Celebration (as you can see from the pictures). We listed to Spiderman music, ate a spider cake, and opened a ton of Spiderman presents!

Despite the rain, the Easter Egg Hunt was a success. The clouds parted just in time to allow the kids to enjoy the fun! Brett, Makayla, Chandler and Grace posed for the first picture, and Max and Beaux were next.

Well, Max had his first sleepover last weekend. The boys had a blast! They giggled non stop, and thoroughly enjoyed bath time... even after they both admitted that they pottied in the bathtub!

Aloha! We're Back...

We did it - we were once again the hit of the luau! With 11 of us wearing matching red Hilo Hattie "uniforms", we attended a luau in Hawaii. I can't even begin to tell you how many people stopped and told us how much they liked the fact that we all dressed alike.

Maybe it's because I'm a fan of the Brady Bunch, but I wouldn't expect to attend a luau in anything BUT matching outfits!

The Countdown is ON!!!

We have spent almost every waking hour of the last couple of days discussing Hawaii. Grandma and Grandpa are already there, and we're heading out this weekend. Max plans on staying on the "sand" because there are sharks in the ocean and they will get you!!! And, he's only been to the Oregon Coast so he is expecting the water to be very very cold... I think he'll be in for a very pleasant surprise!
